Technology: Design and Problem Solving

• This is a course to prepare you for future project, engineering courses and the workplace. You will learn to write technically, take an idea from concept to product, and put your creative thoughts to work for you. 
• This course is a major component of learning how to manage time and space.  
• This course is more about processes than product. The product is the vehicle to learn and practice the process. Product quality is important and craftsmanship is assessed.

Daily Activity/Homework

Lesson plans will be posted in the Daily Activity/Homework Folder on this wiki. Students may use this to check what they have missed while being absent or on the vessel. Please note that lessons are subject to change on occasion. Assignment Sheets will be posted in the Assignments Folder in case student needs a second copy or needs the files as a template. Lecture Slides will be posted to the Lecture Slide Folder for review or missed material. Occasionally, students will be asked to watch a video online for homework. The video links can be found on the Videos of Interest page.
